Founder of Key Biscayne Fitness, has a lifelong love and passion for sports and fitness. From excelling in multiple high school sports (football, basketball, baseball, track & field and wrestling) to playing Division II football at Carson Newman University where he also graduated with a degree in Business Management & Marketing. After college, Vince discovered his true calling during COVID. Training his sister virtually helped her lose 30lbs, sparking his desire to empower others and being a fitness coach.
